Given the short lifespan of queer nights in this city, we’re very happy that Gay Cay is around and going stronger ever. Come celebrate with Mr Charming, DJ Snowtiger and special guest KIM ANN FOXMAN (of Hercules & Love Affair). Expect tunes that will keep you on the dancefloor, wall [...] Pop Tart Kittehs might show up too Come out and shake your tailfeather with some queer girls (and other fine people)! DJ Nolita and Chelsea Starr will be on the decks, and there will be a signature $3 cocktail until 11pm. The best way to beat this windy cold weather is to come out and have a dance! See you there. 21+, $5 (after ten pm, free before), SE 10th and Morrison. Like BOYJOY and DJ GIRLFRIENDS are special guests! It’s time to get out your best, most gaytriotic partywear and saunter down to Holocene for some of that yum, yum Gaycation Fruit Flavour! This is truly a special GayCay, featuring DJ’s Snowtiger and Mr. Charming, along with up-and-coming pop hunks BOYJOY. We love BOYJOY since we first saw them at the Athens Boys Choir gig @ Dunes! One third of BOYJOY, DJ Girlfriends [...] Double Down makes for a nice pillow too, ha! Another opportunity to have a ruckus good time this weekend is to head to Holocene on Saturday night for Double Down, which will no doubt be the gathering place for everyone who didn’t head out to Seattle or San Francisco! $5, DJ’s and dancing, drinks and debauchery. Like This past weekend saw a stretch of intense partying for at least 2/3rds of your QPDX crew, so pardon us while we recover momentarily and start summing all of this weekend’s great events for you! Starting off the night on Friday was Portland’s newest lesbian dance night-CRAVE. Crave – Monthly lesbian dance party at Crush I had a chance to stop by on Friday and speak with some of the organizers, [...] There’s a lot going on tomorrow night! But there’s also lube wrestling. Wrestling drunk people all lubed up might be a little messy, but the owner of the bar assures me that the wrestling pit will be in a contained area.
