Genderfantasy is queer glamour. A dance performance directed by Kaj-anne Pepper exploring queer identity, power, glamour and the construction of niche identity.
A unique look on gender and power roles set amidst a faux pageant inside a faux nightclub. Genderfantasy is a surreal drag show charting the deconstruction of drag, personality and physicality.
When the glamour, reflections, and reinforcements are gone. What is left but the body, raw and needing of sensation?
